TNT BAXTER
AGILITY
Baxter’s all time favorite dog sport is Agility! He is a big boy but don’t let his size fool you, this boy is FAST!! Maybe too fast at times but I wouldn’t have it any other way. In his first year of competition Baxter earned his Masters Gamble Dog of Canada (MGDC) Title, his Agility Dog of Canada (ADC) Title and his Starters Game Dog of Canada (SGDC) Title. Baxter and I currently train with his breeder Tiffany Salmon.
Baxter currently competes in the Masters Level with AAC and has started playing a bit of USDAA. He placed in numerous Steeplechase Finals in 2011. We are looking forward to playing more south of the border in 2012 as well as working towards his ATChC here in Canada.
FLYBALL
Baxter is a part-time flyball dog, mostly teaching new dogs that someone is in the other late. He is a bit over the top going into the box which has ended his competitive opportunity. He loves being part of Flyball Insanity (FBI) Flyball team and enjoys playing at practice. He did his first tournament at Buffalo WIngs NAFA flyball tournament in 2008 where he earned his Flyball Dog (FD) Title.
DISC DOG

In the fall of 2006, Rick and Baxter attended a disc seminar with Pam Casselman where they worked on throwing and retrieval technique. Rick and Baxter have been playing the Disc Dog circuit since the winter of 2007, having a great time! They are currently competing in the Advanced Single Disc division working on accumulating points.
Baxter has earned his Disc Dog Champion (DDCh) Title and his Advanced Single Dic (ADD) Title with the CDDA. He has also earned a Silver Award in Furthest Catch with a personal best of 168’9”.
Baxter is constantly placing in the Advanced or Super Pro divisions.
DOCK DIVING

Baxter has always loved the water but preferred to spend his time lifeguarding rather than swimming. In 2010 Baxter decided to take the plunge and actually take up Dock Diving. He completed his first season of Dock Dogs competition in the summer of 2011 and came away with his Senior Jumping (SJ) Title and a personal best jump of 19’4”...wow! He also started doing Speed Retrieve this year and look forward to great things in 2012 with this boy!
DOG SLEDDING
Baxter first tried his paw at Dog Sledding back in the winter of 2007 and took right off with the rest of the team. In 2010 we purchased our own kick sled to keep both boys out of trouble in the winter. Baxter is a very powerful boy and is a great dog with some help in the lead. We are hoping to get out more this winter with some experienced dogs.

2012 BRAGS
We are looking forward to a great year in 2012. Look for Baxter at agility trials, jumping into pools and catching discs!
